Plaintiff Glenwood Poole's 12/10/2019 Affidavit, is claiming "UNJUST ENRICHMENT" and "FELONY-THEFT-BY-CONVERSION" pursuant to O.C.G.A. 16-8-4.  Against his step-daughter Cachet Hammond, due to her "THEFT" of his $135,000.00 Homeowner's Insurance Claim.  Cachet Hammond settled and converted to her own use, without Plaintiff Glenwood Poole's consent.

Plaintiff Glenwood Poole paid the monthly premiums on Cachet Hammond's Homeowner's Insurance Policy.  NEVER Cachet Hammond, from the year of 2016 all the way up to the untimely fire at her property on March 11, 2019.  Plaintiff Glenwood Poole also paid another premium payment to American Modern Insurance Company in April 2019.

For those of you who may not know about "UNJUST ENRICHMENT" and your payments on someone else's Life Insurance Policy, or Homeowner's Insurance Policy.  I strongly urge you to read the Supreme Court of Canada Case at the link below:

Below on July 12, 2019 "CURRENT PROPERTY OWNER" Mohammad Zaman purchased Cachet Hammond's former "FIRE-AND-WATER-DAMAGED" property for $65,000.00. From Atlanta Local Home Buyers LLC, and as of this present date.  Only Mohammad Zaman's "PURCHASE PRICE" of 619 Center Hill Avenue, Atlanta, Georgia 30318 is being shown to the public.  When "IN FACT" Cachet Hammond's "SELL PRICE" of $45,000.00 to Atlanta Local Home Buyers LLC should be online too!



For a "GRAND TOTAL" of $110,000.00 between the July 12, 2019 "SALE-AND-PURCHASE-PRICE" on a "FIRE-AND-WATER-DAMAGED" Northwest Atlanta property.  

That's "CURRENTLY" not being reported online, concerning this property in Litigation.

The current Real Estate Agent handling this property in controversy, is Christine Harvey.  I contacted her at (404) 998-0095 on March 24, 2020 at 12:01 PM.  To inform her of the status of this property, but she never responded back to me.

I left a message on her answering machine, informing her that I don't know what she's been told.  Or she hasn't been told by the "CURRENT" homeowner Mohammad Zaman.  But 619 Center Hill Avenue, Atlanta, Georgia 30318 has a "CLOUDED-TITLE" upon it.
