Riverdale Tax Attorney Edward R. Downs Jr. is a "VERIFIABLE LIAR, THIEF, AND FALSE DOCUMENT FILER" and I have the evidence to back up my FACTUAL ALLEGATIONS against him!
My late mother Fannie Rene Pitts, died on March 19, 2008.
Riverdale Tax Attorney Edward R. Downs Jr. was UNLAWFULLY HIRED by my DIRTY, LYING cousin James Boyd Wilburn, to represent my late mother's Estate in May 2008.
BEFORE my cousin was LEGALLY APPOINTED by the Probate Court of Fulton County. On March 26, 2008, Riverdale Tax Attorney Edward R. Downs Jr. and he went to Bank of America, to steal $4,076.10 from my late mother's Checking and Savings accounts, then Riverdale Tax Attorney Edward R. Downs Jr. KNOWINGLY LIED about in his filings to the Probate Court of Fulton County!
PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT I DO HAVE MY LATE MOTHER'S ESTATE CHECKING, AND SAVINGS ACCOUNT STATEMENTS TO SHOW THE PUBLIC, UPON YOUR REQUEST!
Riverdale Tax Attorney Edward R. Downs Jr. struck again in April 2010, by UNLAWFULLY DIVERTING TO HIS RIVERDALE P.O. BOX another $3,636.89 in Insurance Settlement Checks that LAWFULLY BELONGED TO ME into his BB&T Checking Account!
THE TOTAL STOLEN FROM MY LATE MOTHER'S ESTATE: $7,712.99 AND NOT 1 PENNY WAS SPENT ON MY LATE MOTHER, NOR HER ESTATE!
Riverdale Tax Attorney Edward R. Downs Jr. also OVERDRAFTED THE BANK OF AMERICA ESTATE SAVINGS ACCOUNT IN THE PROCESS! AND HE HASN'T PAID IT OFF YET!
My late mother's Estate is CURRENTLY OPEN due to the incompetence of Riverdale Tax Attorney Edward R. Downs Jr.! HE AND MY COUSIN CURRENTLY OWES MY LATE MOTHER'S ESTATE, BUT THEY HAVEN'T PAID ONE PENNY TO THIS DATE!
My late mother's Estate was ORDERED to be closed 90 days from October 8, 2012 and it has not been! Thanks to SHADY, LYING, THIEVING, FALSE DOCUMENT FILING, Riverdale Tax Attorney Edward R. Downs Jr.!

Pursuant to State Bar Of Georgia Rule 1.1 COMPETENCE it states the following:
RULE 1.1 COMPETENCE
A lawyer shall provide competent representation to a client. Competent representation as used in this Rule means that a lawyer shall not handle a matter which the lawyer knows or should know to be beyond the lawyer's level of competence without associating another lawyer who the original lawyer reasonably believes to be competent to handle the matter in question. Competence requires the legal knowledge, skill, thoroughness and preparation reasonably necessary for the representation.
